Here at Cignpost Diagnostics, we offer a variety of testing solutions, including:Hub and Spoke Testing: Clinical staff will arrive on-site to provide health screening and related advice, fitting around your work schedule. These samples will then be transported directly to one of our national networks of laboratories, where they will be tested within an agreed turnaround time. This solution is particularly suitable if you have several individual or temporary work-sites that require testing.On-Site Testing: A dedicated laboratory can be set up on-site in line with strict biosafety (BSL2) requirements. Cignpost Diagnostics will provide a dedicated Account Manager to coordinate everything from on-site logistics and management to secure data handling to ensure your workplace can continue to run smoothly and safely, continuously adapting to your changing needs
